OUR STORY

In 2013, God called our Pastors to this small church in Muleshoe, TX. Then called, New Covenant Church, God started speaking about bringing a new wine skin and doing a new thing. <Isaiah 43:19> The Lord was bringing confirmation to what He was speaking to our pastors through covering, prophets and pastors. He continued to speak about rivers and hope. Thus, River of Hope Church was born. Soon after.....a flood! During a winter freeze, a pipe burst in the baptism and flooded the church. Steven & Tiffany started praying for God to give them vision for what He wanted the church to look like. Just like Noah, He showed them how He wanted everything built. They followed His instructions and the rest is history.

We believe our job as believers and disciples of Jesus, we are called to GO! We believe in the go of the gospel. We love on our community by helping families in need with bills, rent, gas, clothing and food whenever and wherever we can. We feed children, youth and families each week on Wednesday nights. As a missions minded church, we have sent and continue to send missions teams to the nations on yearly missions trips. We will continue to go and to host the nations in the years to come. At River of Hope our focus is to empower HIS PEOPLE through HIS PRESENCE to carry hope beyond the walls of ROH for HIS PURPOSE.  We will "GO into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover." <Mark 16:15-18
